01 / Explore the issues
These are proposed editorial topics for public understanding. They are not a claimed national consensus and not a ranking of what all Nepalis want. We are publishing a few thoroughly sourced pages first, rather than a complete-looking but unreliable catalogue.

02 / Understand the choices
Every issue page answers the same questions in English and Nepali, so you can compare issues on equal terms.
Each issue separates long-term national goals, contested policy choices and urgent current problems. Government priorities, party proposals and public opinion are kept as separate kinds of evidence.
03 / Compare positions and records
We compare parties and leaders issue by issue, not on a single left–right scale. Positions can be mixed and can change; each entry is dated.
Party and leader positions are being researched for all parties together, using each party’s own dated documents and the parliamentary record. Until then, issue pages show “Position not established” rather than guessing.
04 / Contribute
Citizens, researchers and think tanks will be able to contribute through a moderated process. Contributions inform our research; they are not endorsements and do not imply any partnership.
A question, evidence or option, with links to where it comes from.
Organisations state their funding and any conflicts of interest.
Editors check evidence using the same standards for everyone.
Accepted or not, the decision and its reason are recorded, with a correction history.
Forthcoming: contributions are not open yet. Comments and website polls, when they open, will be clearly separate from representative surveys.
05 / Track progress
Each issue lists measurable indicators with the latest official figure, any official target and a date to check again. A commitment tracker linking promises to budgets and results is in preparation.
Parties, leaders and readers may ask us to correct an error or add a documented response. Corrections are published visibly with the date and reason; no one can pay to change coverage.
The submission channel is not open yet. It will open once an editorial contact and review process are in place.
