What this committee does
Formed, on the advice of the House of Representatives Business Advisory Committee of 5 Ashwin 2083 and under rule 180 of the House of Representatives Rules, 2083 (with Article 97 of the Constitution), for comprehensive study, policy reform, inter-agency coordination and parliamentary monitoring of the impact of climate change in the Himalayas, climate justice and the Bhotekoshi–Trishuli disaster.यसै पृष्ठभूमिमा, हिमालमा जलवायु परिवर्तनको प्रभाव, जलवायु न्याय तथा भोटेकोशी–त्रिशुली विपद्को समग्र अध्ययन, नीतिगत सुधार, अन्तरनिकाय समन्वय र संसदीय अनुगमनका लागि प्रतिनिधि सभाको कार्यव्यवस्था परामर्श समितिको मिति २०८३ आश्विन ५ गतेको परामर्श तथा प्रतिनिधि सभा नियमावली, २०८३ को नियम १८० (नेपालको संविधानको धारा ९७ समेतको व्यवस्था बमोजिम) अनुसार “हिमालमा जलवायु परिवर्तनको प्रभाव, जलवायु न्याय तथा भोटेकोशी–त्रिशुली विपद्सम्बन्धी संसदीय विशेष समिति” गठन गरिएको हो ।
