What did the Auditor General find?

  • Embossed number plates, made mandatory by Gazette notice for new registrations, transfers and renewals, are not being fitted as required.   • Federal and provincial transport laws overlap. Under the Constitution, national transport policy and national highways are federal, provincial highways provincial and local roads local.
