What did the Auditor General find?

  • The Home Administration Reform Action Plan, 2078 aimed to collect the details of 20 million citizens and distribute 10 million national ID cards within two years.   • In FY 2081/82 the government released Rs 114.41 billion in social security allowances to 3,806,634 beneficiaries.   • The Ministry of Home Affairs' Home Administration Reform Action Plan, 2078 set a target of amending this Act and its 2077 Regulations, along with several other home-affairs laws.
