  • There is no complete central record of government and public land, which section 24 protects.   • Dividing tenanted land between owners and tenants is far from finished. Because division was not completed within earlier deadlines, a gazette notice of 2079/6/10 set the end of Chaitra 2082 for applications and the end of Asar 2083 for completing the work.
