Unresolved. The Act (s.2(ङ)) defines 'the Ministry' as the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, and s.29(1)(क) makes that ministry's Secretary chair of the Board. The SSF Board page instead lists the chair as 'सचिव- महिला, बालबालिका, लैङ्गिक तथा यौनिक अल्पसङ्ख्यक र सामाजिक सुरक्षा मन्त्रालय'. That suggests the ministry has been restructured, which was not verified.
