Anyone could submit information or a complaint, with clear grounds and evidence, within 10 days, to the committee secretariat or any District Administration Office, giving name, address and phone number; complainants may ask for confidentiality. • Joint Rules, 2080 rule 26 sets the hearing procedure: when a post falls vacant and a candidate is recommended, the recommending body sends the name to the committee; the committee may call documents and must give the relevant body its decision and papers promptly. 4. When will hearings on the remaining proposed ambassadors be scheduled, and within what time limit must the committee decide?

• Whether to approve or reject each nominee heard (rejection needs a two-thirds majority of all members, as set out in the Constitution and rules).
• How to schedule hearings for the remaining nominees.
• Whether to publish the committee's report on each hearing, as rule 27 provides for a report to the Houses.

• Read the call-for-complaints notice and note its deadline and channels (committee secretariat or any District Administration Office).
• For a complaint, give clear grounds and evidence and your contact details; you can ask for your name to be kept confidential.
• Read the Constitution's Article 292 and Joint Rules 25-27 for the hearing procedure and vote required.
• Check both the portal and the committee's notices page (HoR website), because they number meetings differently.
• Focus questions on the post's duties and the nominee's published action plan, not on personal matters outside the role.
