Short biography

- Joined the Supreme Court as an officer in 1970 and later worked as a legal officer in ministries. - 2026-05-27 The Commission's 177th meeting, which he chaired, endorsed its inquiry report on the September 2025 protest violence (76 deaths). The report held the then Prime Minister primarily responsible and recommended legal action against him and two former ministers, along with new legislation for prosecution.
