What does it do?
- These short Rules cover the government's Department of Printing. - The Director General may have staff work overtime. A non-gazetted employee who works at least two extra hours gets an overtime allowance, within the annual budget, at the hourly rate of their daily pay, or may take compensatory leave instead. A gazetted officer who works at least two extra hours gets a snack allowance under the law in force; a meal allowance for longer work may be paid only at a rate approved by the Ministry of Finance.महानिर्देशकले आवश्यकताअनुसार विभागका कर्मचारीलाई अतिरिक्त समय काम लगाउन सक्छन्। राजपत्र अनङ्कित कर्मचारीले कम्तीमा दुई घण्टा अतिरिक्त समय काम गरेमा वार्षिक विनियोजनको अधीनमा रही एक दिनको तलबको घण्टाको हिसाबले अतिरिक्त समय भत्ता पाउँछ, वा चाहेमा सट्टा बिदा लिन सक्छ। राजपत्राङ्कित कर्मचारीले कम्तीमा दुई घण्टा अतिरिक्त समय काम गरेमा प्रचलित कानूनबमोजिम खाजा खर्च पाउँछ; सोभन्दा बढी समय काम गरेमा खाना खर्च अर्थ मन्त्रालयबाट दर स्वीकृत गराएर मात्र दिन सकिन्छ। Nepal Law Commission Rule 4(1)-(3), PDF pp. 1-2
