An organisation can be served by registered post, telefax or digitally signed email. If service fails, the summons may be broadcast or published on radio, TV, the Tribunal's website or in a national daily, and counts as served on the fifth day. Nepal Law Commission Rule 9(1)-(7), PDF pp. 4-5

- Each tribunal acts through its three members together, but the law member and one other member can hear and decide a case. Decisions are by majority; if all three members differ, the Tribunal sends the case to the Appellate Tribunal, and the Appellate Tribunal sends it to the Supreme Court. Hearings may be held by video conference. Tribunal members are paid like district court judges and Appellate Tribunal members like appellate court judges. Nepal Law Commission Rules 3(1)-(5), 4(1)-(5), 33 and 37, PDF pp. 1-2, 11-12
