What does it do?
- This short regulation, made under Section 27 of the Nepal Airlines Corporation Act, 2019, does not itself set pay or service terms. It says the service terms, conditions and facilities of Corporation employees are to be governed by the bylaws made under Section 27A of that Act.नेपाल वायुसेवा निगम ऐन, २०१९ को दफा २७ अन्तर्गत बनेको यो छोटो नियमावलीले आफैँ सेवा शर्त वा सुविधा तोक्दैन। निगमका कर्मचारीको सेवा, शर्त र सुविधा सो ऐनको दफा २७क. बमोजिम बनाइने विनियममा लेखिएबमोजिम हुने व्यवस्था यसले गरेको छ। Nepal Law Commission Rule 2, PDF p. 1
- It repeals the Royal Nepal Airlines Corporation Employees Service Regulation, 2031. - The regulation was to start on a date the Government announced in the Nepal Gazette; a footnote says it applied from 2058-05-18.
