What does it do?
- This catalogue entry is not a separate Act. It is a Nepal Gazette notice by which the Government of Nepal, using its power under Section 1(2) of the Animal Slaughterhouse and Meat Inspection Act, 2055, brought that Act into force in a defined area of Karekhola, Ward No. 13, Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet District, Karnali Province, from the date of publication. - The notice defines the area by its boundaries: on the east, plot no. 820 of map sheet 8क of former Jarbuta VDC ward 3; on the west, the Khahare (Itram) stream; on the north, plot no. 983; and on the south, plot no. 451 of the same map sheet.
